Large hotel groups have their own loyalty programmes. Anyone who regularly stays with the same brand collects points, reaches a status and receives benefits. But what about travellers who prefer to discover special, independent hotels?
We bring selected independent hotels together in a shared membership club. Members enjoy exclusive benefits when they book directly – no matter which of our partner hotels they choose. For hotels, this creates a simple way to make direct bookings more attractive and to offer their guests something special – without a loyalty programme of their own, without a points system and without complex technical integration.

Why we believe in direct bookings
Booking directly with the hotel means choosing the shortest route to your host. No platform in between, direct contact with the hotel and often more flexibility for individual requests. At the same time, the hotel saves the commission fees of external booking platforms.

Who is behind MinibarClub
MinibarClub was founded in Vienna – born out of the hotel industry and driven by a simple conviction: independent hotels deserve a strong alternative to the loyalty programmes of large hotel chains.
The idea grew out of day-to-day work with hotels and the question of how to make direct bookings more attractive without having to build a complex rewards programme. MinibarClub therefore combines the best of both worlds: the individuality of independent hotels with the benefits of a shared membership.
